Way to go Bro!

If you haven't already heard.....We are so excited to announce that Hyrum finally got the call to let him know that he's being hired by North Ada Co. Fire & Rescue!! I'm stoked that I get to have my brother join the "firefighter brotherhood"!!
It's been a long process, with HJ taking the written test back in early summer. They only took those in the top-20 (scores) to the physical agility test and weeded out four more guys there. Then the remainder went to the interview boards and three guys were offered jobs. It's exciting that Hyrum came out on top and we're really proud of him. NACFR is a good department (almost as good as Meridian) just outside of Boise, so HJ and Marge will be joining us in Idaho shortly. Good stuff!!

Big win for Broncos!!!

Had to mention the lastest big Boise State football win. The Broncos hung 37 points on the #17 team in the nation on Saturday to win at Oregon - supposedly one of the toughest places in the country to play. I know the Ducks offense was slowed by quarterback injuries, but our own "O" and freshman QB (Kellen Moore) had no trouble moving the ball all day long. The win helped BSU in the polls, putting them at #19 in the nation. Exciting to be part of "Bronco Nation" here in Boise!!!
